Our showroom and workshop are located Behind Imaara Mall, Along Mombasa Rd, Nairobi, Kenya. We welcome visitors to experience our furniture in person during our business hours.
Do you ship outside Kenya?

Each Woodsy Palace piece is carefully wrapped in protective materials, secured in custom-fitted boxes, and reinforced with corner protectors. For larger items, we use specialized furniture crates to ensure safe transit. Our packaging is designed to protect your investment throughout the shipping journey.
How accurate are the weights of your products?
We provide precise weight measurements for all our products, typically accurate within 2%. Since we work with natural materials, there may be slight variations, but we always err on the side of caution when estimating shipping costs.
Can I combine multiple orders to save on shipping costs?
Absolutely! We encourage combining orders to optimize shipping. If you've placed multiple orders within a short timeframe, contact our customer service team, and we'll help consolidate them and adjust shipping costs accordingly.
